Eco Film Productions is embarking on an exciting new production within the UK and we’re looking to give 1 individual the opportunity to make their mark on the Presenting stage.
The new web series will be one that sees you travel throughout the UK, exploring new and interesting venues filled with history, good food and teas, unusual settings and more. The quintessentially-English, family-friendly production will be produced in the second-half of 2017, and you will need to be available (with enough notice) for filming dates.
You will be required to interview guests (some high-profile, others not), and will need to be able to make them feel completely at ease, as part of the production.
The person we are looking for will:
- Be completely confident, and have the natural ability to command a room through your presentation style
- Be completely natural in their delivery, being able to easily converse with people from all walks of life.
- Be humorous and, very importantly, not be afraid to laugh at themselves. (clumsiness is not a fault, it’s an opportunity).
- Be spontaneous – and easily reacting or taking advantage of when a scenario presents itself.
You don’t need to have previous presenting experience, although any acting or presenting experience will be a bonus.
We are looking for someone with a fresh face, and an infectious personality whose presentation style is not forced or dramatised.
This position for the first series will not be paid for – however, your expenses will be covered, and will be an opportunity for you to make your mark as an emerging television presenter.
HOW TO ENTER
Record a maximum 5-minute clip of yourself talking to camera. We’re looking for the unusual. We’re looking for the spontaneous. We’re looking for fun. But most of all, we’re looking for a genuine YOU. And it needs to be all about Tea, or a local interest of your choice.
